Welcome to Medlab South. We are a fully IANZ accredited medical testing laboratory based in Kilmore St, Christchurch, as well as laboratories in Timaru, Nelson and Marlborough. For over sixty years Medlab South has provided the Canterbury region with a highly valued full community pathology service.

We are committed to providing quality pathology services to medical specialists, private hospitals and rest homes and aged care facilities. We also provide a wide range of commercial and privately funded testing service, such as Wellness Testing, Travel Clinic, Infection Control and Food and Water testing. We currently employ around 200 staff.
