Jet Lag describes the condition when the body's internal clock is out of step with the actual time at a location. It usually happens when five or more time zones are crossed rapidly.

Insects and other arthropods can spread numerous serious diseases, usually through bites. Vaccines and antimalarial prophylaxis will go a long way to keeping you healthy but these are not always 100% effective. The best way to avoid disease is to avoid being bitten.
